Enroll in the SpouseDomestic Partner Life Insurance Plan

Select the amount of your spouse/domestic partner life insurance coverage.

1. Select the "Coverage level" for your spouse/domestic partner.
2. Click Save to save your changes
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.
   Result: You return to the "Enroll in Benefit Plans: Overview" page.
