Edit Emergency Contact

This documentation refers to the Atlas Online Gateway.
You can access Atlas at https://atlas.mit.edu/

This page allows you to edit an emergency contact’s information.

  1. Make the necessary changes.
    Sort Order: Select the desired order from the field’s drop down list.
    Suppress Home Phone from Green Card: Defaults to no, but you may change to yes as appropriate.
    Cell or Other Phone: Displays if a phone number is on file for the person. You may add a number or change the displayed one as necessary.
    Suppress EHS Phone from Green Card: Defaults to no, but you may change to yes as appropriate.
  2. Click Save Changes to save your work and return to the Change Room Information page.
