Change Roomset Information

This window displays information about a roomset. If you have appropriate authorizations, you can make changes to this information:

1. Review the displayed information and, if necessary, make required changes.
   EHS Representative: Click on the input help and search for the person by their first or last name.
   SARA Reporter: Click on the input help and search for the person by their first or last name.
   RS Secondary PI(s): Click on the input help and search for the person by their first or last name.
   Roomset Name: Type a new name in the field
   Roomset Status: Choose Active or Decommission in Process from the drop-down list. The Decommission in Process option displays for authorized users only. Choosing Decommission in Process means you want to start taking hazards out of the room and therefore out of the PI/Space Hazard system.
   Roomset Description: Enter information about the roomset that hasn't been captured elsewhere or change information already supplied.
   
2. Click the Save Changes button. A confirmation message displays at the top of the page.
   
3. Decide what you want to do next
   a. Click Return to Your Roomsets to see your list of roomsets.
   b. Click Add Room(s) to add rooms.
