Change Room Information
You can access Atlas at https://atlas.mit.edu/
This window allows you to view and update extensive information about the selected room, including:
- Greencard
- Room descriptive information
- Roomset Roles
- Room Roles
- Emergency Contacts
- Hazardous Materials and Safety Equipment:
Display Green Card
Click this button to view the Emergency Notice card for the room.
Change Room Information
Review the rooms information and make changes as necessary. Click Save Changes to save your work.
Roomset Roles
This section of the window lists people who have a role administering the roomset. To view and edit their role and contact information, click the persons Name – this will bring you to the Edit Contact window.
Room Roles
This section of the window lists people who have a role administering the room.\\\\ Click Add a Person to begin the process of assign a person to a role for the room.\\\\ Click Remove to remove a person from having a role with the room.
Emergency Contacts
This section of the window lists persons identified as emergency contact for the room. \\\\ Copy Emergency Contacts from: Choose the room from the drop down list, then click the Copy button. You can then add and remove people as necessary. Be sure to Save Changes when you are done.\\\\ Click Add a Person to begin the process of assigning a person to the room as an emergency contact.\\\\ Click Remove to remove a person as an emergency contact for the room.
Hazardous Materials and Safety Equipment
This section of the window allows you to update specifics about the materials and equipment stored in the room. Be sure to Save Changes after you make updates.
