Atlas Known Issues

General Issues
1. If you change your email address, there is a delay before the updated email address takes effect.
2. Atlas provides access to applications regardless of if users have authorization to use them.
Specific Issues
1. Windows 8 with IE 10:
- Windows 8 does not have a PDF plugin for IE 10 installed by default. You will need to install reader 11.0.04 (as of 9/16) using this URL: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
- If PDFs are still not loading in browser: In metro mode, IE10 on Windows 8 always runs with Enhanced Protected Mode enabled, and plugins like Adobe Reader are not compatible with Enhanced Protected Mode. That's why your PDF file will be opened in your default PDF viewer.
2. Atlas and the iPad:
- The iPad cannot be oriented vertically. The system is designed for when the iPad is in landscape orientation.
- Users cannot drag and drop items on the iPad when building their menus.
