Annual Chemical Reporting Select DLC Roomset

The window lists a DLC's Annual Chemical Reporting relevant rooms (those rooms containing hazardous substances requiring reporting).

For each roomset, you see the roomset's name, Principal Investigator, and Chemical reporter. The Date of Last Submission tells you when a report was most recently submitted for the roomset. A 'yes' or 'no' states whether a report has been submitted in the current reporting period.

Open a Roomset by clicking on a PI Roomset Name to display the roomset's detail.
Click the Return to DLC List to return to the DLC list.

Annual Chemical Reporting Relevant Roomsets

An Annual Chemical Reporting relevant roomset is a roomset that contains one or more rooms with one or more of the following hazards:

• Chemicals as Core Hazard
  
• Flammable Liquids
  
• Highly Reactive Materials
  
• Large Volume Oil (> 55 gal. in single container)
  
• Combustible Metals
  
• Gas Cylinders
  
• Hydrofluoric Acid (HF)
  
• Perchloric Acid & Org Peroxide
  
• Toxic Gases
  
• Satellite Accumulation Area
