Add Room Role

On the Add Room Role page, you identify a person as a Secondary PI or a Room Representative. For this person, you may provide an emergency contact phone numbers and choose whether or not those numbers should appear on their green card.
- Provide information about the person's room role.
- Role: Select the person's role from the drop down list. Your choices are Secondary PI or Room Representative.
- Add as emergency contact: Defaults to no, but you may change to yes as appropriate.
- Home Phone: Displays the phone number on file for the person.
- Suppress Home Phone from Green Card: Defaults to no, but you may change to yes as appropriate.
- Cell or Other Phone: Displays if a phone number is on file for the person. You may add a number or change the displayed one as necessary.
- Suppress EHS Phone from Green Card: Defaults to no, but you may change to yes as appropriate.
- Click Save Changes to save your work and return to the Change Room Information page.
