Q: How do I open a ticket in the Debathena bug tracking system?

Debathena uses bug tracking software called "Trac". The Debathena Trac instance is available at http://debathena.mit.edu/trac. By default, anyone can view tickets and ticket history.
Users with valid MIT Certificates can click the "Log In" link at the top right of the page. Once logged in (an account is created for you automatically), you will be able to comment on tickets and open new tickets.
When opening a new ticket, please be sure to provide as much information as possible, including the machine's hostname (if applicable), steps to reproduce the problem, whether the problem occurs with multiple accounts and/or multiple machines, etc.
