Q: Why do I get an access denied error when updating my personal information in Atlas?

Answer

The Personal Information section of Atlas is only available for MIT faculty and staff. Other groups should update their information as follows:

  • Students: They will update their personal information in WebSIS.
  • Lincoln Laboratory Employees: They are redirected to Lincoln Intranet.
  • Affiliates/contractors: They will need to speak to payroll (payroll @ mit.edu) to have their records updated.
