How do I change my Touchstone preference for authentication by method?

If you set the Touchstone option for Certificate/Username login to always use one or another, you can reset your choice:

1. Navigate, in your web browser, to https://idp.mit.edu/auth-options
2. In the Set Authentication Options, choose your preferred option.
   • A safe option is "Always ask for username/password", which will always show you the page with all three choices ("Use Certificate", "Username/Password", "Kerberos Tickets")
