Q: Why is CertAid Not Responding On My Windows Computer?

Answer

Both in Windows 7 and 10 if the Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed it will cause CertAid to become unresponsive.
CertAid will install with no errors but once opened you're not able to click on "continue"
The quick fix is to install the .NET Framework.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 (Offline Installer) for Windows: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344
