Question: How can I remove the Content Management block in Drupal?

Answer:

Content Management which appears in the Sidebar first region on the left is a block. Blocks may be easily disabled removing them from view. Disabled blocks appear at the bottom of the Blocks overlay screen.

  1. From the Admin menu click Structure then Blocks.
  2. In the Sidebar one region, locate the Content Management block.
  3. In the Regions popup list select None.
  4. Click Save blocks.

If you remove the Content Management block and its links you may want to begin using the Shortcuts menu to store your frequently accessed pages.
