What can I do as the site administrator?

The person who requests a site using their Kerberos credentials is the Site Administrator and has a certain set of privileges. Other individuals may be granted some or all of the privileges of the Site Administrator.

Answer:

As site administrator you can:

  • add and edit content
  • change the look and layout of your site
  • add to or change functionality
  • add new users and assign roles

More advanced options for an administrator include the ability to:

  • add new roles
  • add content types
  • enable and use modules
  • create views
