Overview of MIT Benefits

Using Adobe Reader, download and print a summary of your benefit plans in PDF form. The information in the form is the same as what is displayed on the screens.
Download Adobe Reader

  1. Enter the effective date that you would like to view the benefits you are enrolled in, using the Plan participation as of field. You may view previous, current and future benefit selection by choosing a date within one year of the current date.
  2. Print the PDF file.
    Click Finish to return to the home page.
