Search for user to be replaced

To find a person:

1. Enter either the person's first or last name (or both)in the appropriate fields. Use either upper or lower case, this search is not case sensitive.
Wild card Searching: If you are not sure of the spelling of a name, you may use a "wild card" asterisk . For example, if you are looking for a user named Smith, but you are not really sure whether it is Smith or Smythe, you could enter sm* into the Last Name field. This should result in a list of all last names beginning with "sm" from which you can then pick the correct user.
Select a person by clicking on their name.
2. Find a user to be changed in the field "User to be changed"
3. If the roles of a user are to be replaced by another user, search for the replacement in the field "Replace with". If you want to only remove and not replace a user's roles, you can leave this blank
4. Clicking on Search will take you to "Set emergency info for (user name - Kerberos ID)" if you entered a person in "Replace with" field, else it will straight away take you to a list of roles the user has in EHS PI Space
