Planning Resources

A list of resources to make sure you have everything covered for your event and to make it a success.

• Resources such as catering, set up and clean up your event space, if you need microphones, podiums, projectors or help with sound and if you would like to promote your event in the MIT Events Calendar.

• Staff and students can reference the Event Planning Guide that outlines the policies and procedures for planning an event at MIT.

• The Planning Resources section also provides a list of departments that planners may need to contact to help with their event preparation.
