The Flour bakery and cafe menu

Although not technically technical, it is IT related since it is the closest place to the Computing Help Desk to get excellent pastries and coffee while you wait. The Flour Bakery is just across the street from N42 in the first floor of the Novartis (f.k.a. Necco) building. Be careful not to walk into the wine store by mistake (although it's there if you need it).

Usability Notes:

• Line becomes flooded with badge-wearing Novartis staff starting at 11:45 am and gets long quickly.
• Flour will take advanced orders for pick-up, one day advanced notice preferred
• Jeanne Chang's cookbooks are beautiful to look at and amazing to cook from.
• Her business model is an excellent one. Google her!
