I need to submit my vaccine proof. How can I take picture (.jpeg) and upload via Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, Android?

Windows 10

1. Click on the Start button on the bottom left of the screen
2. Type Camera into the search bar and press Enter
3. To take a picture, click on the camera icon in the Camera application

Note: If this is the first time you opened the Camera application, Windows may ask you to allow permission to the Camera. If prompted, click Allow

MacOS

1. Click on the Finder icon, then Applications, then Photo Booth (Alternatively, press Command+Space to bring up a search bar, type Photo Booth and press Enter)
2. To take a picture, click on the camera icon in the Photo Booth application

Upload proof of vaccine to MIT from computer

1. Go to covidvaccine.mit.edu in any browser
2. Click on the Vaccine tab and select the appropriate option
3. If you selected that you have been vaccinated, click on Upload Proof
4. Select which vaccine you received and fill out the form
5. Click on Upload Proof (paper clip icon). This will open your file explorer/finder. Find where the .jpeg file is saved and click open. It will most likely be saved in your pictures or desktop folder.
6. Click submit and the icon will change to Saved.

iOS

1. Open the Camera application. It is preinstalled on all iOS devices
2. You can switch between the front and back cameras by tapping on the two circular arrows button
3. To take a picture, press on the white circle button once. If you hold the button down, the device will take multiple pictures

Android

1. Open the Camera application. It is preinstalled on all Android devices
2. You can switch between the front and back cameras by tapping on the two circular arrows button
3. To take a picture, press on the white circle button once.

Upload proof of vaccine to MIT from mobile device

1. Open the MIT Atlas Mobile App
2. Press on the Vaccine tab and select the appropriate option
3. If you selected that you have been vaccinated, press on Upload Proof
4. Select which vaccine you received and fill out the form
5. Press on Upload Proof (paper clip icon) and press Photo Library. Select the picture from your devices photo library and press Choose (Wording may differ depending on which version of iOS and Android you have)
6. Press submit and the icon will change to Saved.
