Setup OS X 10.10 Yosemite Mail, Calendars, Contacts and Notes for MIT's Exchange Environment

  1. Navigate to the Apple Menu on the upper-left of the screen and select System Preferences.

  2. On the third row down in System Preferences, select Internet Accounts.

  3. On the right-hand side, select Exchange.

  4. Enter your information on the following screen.
    • Name: Your Full Name
    • Email address: username@mit.edu
    • Password: Your MIT Password

  5. Click Continue.
  6. Your Exchange account settings should auto-configure. Check to see that the "Server address" listed appears as "oa.exchange.mit.edu".

  7. Click Continue.
  8. Select the applications you wish to synchronize with MIT's Exchange environment and select Done.
