Secure Participants' Files - Qualtrics security

On April 30, 2016, Qualtrics is adding functionality for enhanced security.

What are the benefits of this feature?

Secure Participants’ Files enables survey creators to protect files uploaded by survey responders, restricting the files to be accessible only to users with permission to view response data for the survey.

How can I turn on this feature for an existing survey:

To restrict access to uploaded files uploaded by responders:

• Navigate to Edit Survey >> Survey Options.
• Place a check to enable Secure Participants’ Files.

What about new surveys?

This feature will be enabled by default for all new surveys.
