Office 365 Post-Migration - OWA

Accessing Your Email

In order to access your email on the web post-migration, you can:

  1. Log in using your Kerberos username and password at owa.mit.edu.

  2. Click the link present in the prompt you receive.


     OR

    If you get a 'Mailbox can not be found" error, the mail box has already been moved to https://outlook.office.com. You can go directly there to authenticate.

  3. Authenticate with Touchstone.


  4. Click "Yes" if you want the browser to save your credentials for future use.
If you have any bookmarks that link to OWA, we recommend updating them to this new URL:

https://outlook.office.com/
