How to setup Outlook Integration for Webex

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on the small arrow under Schedule Meeting
    Schedule Meeting additional options



  1. Then select Account Settings… from the dropdown menu
    Account Settings under Schedule Meeting

  2. On the Account Settings dialog box:
    1. Change the SITE URL field to mit.webex.com
      Account Settings dialog box

    2. Click OK
      You should see it communicating
      Communicating with server dialog

If successful, window will automatically close. If you receive an error, please contact the IS&T Service Desk.

    It would be great if this page could link to instructions on how to get the Webex buttons to show up in Outlook, a prerequisite for the steps shown here. (That's what I expected to see based on the page title. This page seems to be more about using Outlook integration, rather than setting it up.) Thanks.

      I'd like to reiterate my 2016 request that this page link to http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/display/istcontrib/How+to+Install+Webex+Productivity+Tools And clarifying the title would help, too: "How to Schedule a Webex Meeting from Outlook" is more descriptive.
