Forwarding a ProCard charge to another verifier

• I've been asked to verify a credit card charge, but it's not in my Credit Card Verifier Inbox.
• There is a ProCard charge in my Credit Card Verifier Inbox, but I'm not the appropriate person to verify it.

Answer

Contact the ProCard Office at x3-7241, or procard@mit.edu to request that a credit card charge in your ProCard Inbox be forwarded to another user, or that a charge that is not in your Inbox be moved there.

Functionality for a user to forward a credit card charge is not available in Atlas. SAPgui is not supported for Credit Card verification. You call or email the ProCard Office, as detailed above.
