Feature Access Codes

On this page:

Overview

MIT has transitioned to the MIT VoIP Broadsoft Cloud service. As a result, many access codes used to manage functions from your phone's keypad have changed or may behave differently. For more information on the transition, see: Transition to MITvoip BroadSoft Cloud.

Using Feature Access Codes

Typically you press the code number on the phone keypad then activate the call.

For example, to block your Caller ID on your outgoing call, press *67 (the star key, the 6 key, then the 7 key) and then the number you wish to dial. Then either lift the receiver, press the Speakerphone button, or press the on-screen Call icon.

Common Feature Access Codes

The chart below provides a list of feature access codes for both systems. Some new features have been added with MITvoip BroadSoft Cloud and others that were offered on the Sylantro system are not available or behave somewhat differently on MITvoip BroadSoft Cloud.

For more information on how to use these features with Broadsoft Cloud, see Clouddirect's Broadsoft feature Access Codes or Broadconnect Quick Reference Guide
