Download and Unzip Citrix 10 Launch Files

Citrix version 10 or higher requires updated launch.ica files, which are available as a zip archive.
Follow these steps:

1. Select the link to download a zip archive of the updated launch.ica files. Select the option to Save the file: https://wserv.mit.edu/fcgi-bin/softcount?product=mit/macos/mit-citrix-launch-files-1.3.zip
   Here is what you will see when you do:
   
   
   
   
2. Please double click on the folder for mit-citrix-launch-file-1.0.zip
   
   
   
   
3. You may leave this folder in the downloads folder or, if you prefer, you may move it to your desktop.
