Occasionally community members returning to MIT after time away from the campus have had issues connecting to the MIT SECURE network from their OS X computers.

How to reconnect your Apple computer to MIT Secure.

Forget The MIT SECURE network on your Mac

  1. Choose Apple menu ? > System Preferences, then click Network.
  2. Select Wi-Fi in the list on the left.
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. The Wi-Fi pane shows a Preferred Networks list. ...
  5. Find the MIT SECURE network and highlight
  6. Click the remove button (--) beneath the list. ...
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Try to connect to the MIT SECURE again
