Access errors for SRS Vacation Tracker

I am a Sponsored Research employee, and am trying to access the Atlas SRS Vacation Tracker application. I'm getting an error such as:

User XXX has no RFC authorization for function group
ZHR_VACATION_TRACKING.

No RFC authorization for function module Z_HR_VACATION_FORM_INIT_RFC.

Not an employee eligible to use vacation tracker application

Solution

• Contact your departmental administrator to verify that your position is classified as sponsored research.
• Verify that your appointment is for 1 full year or longer. Post doc appointments for less than one year will not be eligible for vacation time. If the appointment is extended past 1 year, the employee will become eligible for vacation time, and the accruals will be retroactive, effective from the position start date.
• If you are seeing your MIT username correctly displayed in the error message, then your MIT personal certificate is working properly.
