Answer

You can select a MATLAB version after you click on "Download Products" in the Mathworks License Center, after you have created an account and associated with a license. There will be a "Download Earlier Release" selection option on the right side of the window. License numbers and activation keys are backwards-compatible with older MATLAB versions.
