I have a Collaboration account and I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Answer

  1. Clients may reset their password by clicking on the link for 'Forgot password' on the Touchstone Collaboration Account log in website.
    To reset the password using a direct URL, go here https://idp.touchstonenetwork.net/cams/.
  2. Choose the option to Edit Profile/Manage Account and then click on the link for Forgot password?.
