If the nature of your problem is such that your hard disk needs to be reformatted this means that your data will be backed up first (if you request it) then moved back onto the hard disk after it's been reformatted.

It also means that all of your applications will need to be reinstalled. If you're dropping off your computer because of a problem with your hard drive, bring your application installation CDs with you and we can reinstall your applications in addition to restoring your data. Work done for reinstalling applications is charged at the standard hourly rate.
