Note: This functionality, available via the Rolesweb application, requires the authorization VIEW_AUTH_BY_CATEGORY

Go to http://rolesweb.mit.edu/
Select More Choices
Select Show history of changes to Authorizations from the audit trail
Select Report 1: Show changes to authorizations for a person. Either enter the username or leave it blank and select Category as All Categories then hit Run Report.
