By default, faculty and staff can host a Zoom meeting with up to 500 participants; students and affiliates can host a meeting with up to 300 participants. If you need to host a larger capacity license, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your need for increased capacity. Note that the maximum limit for a meeting in Zoom is 1000.
(Webinar licenses may also be available in larger capacities (500, 1000, and 3000), but please note that these are a limited resource, and that meetings and webinars are different tools.
