Q: I deleted my daily quarantine report. Can you resend it?

Context

A spam summary is sent to my inbox on days that there are newly-quarantined items to report. I accidentally deleted the summary email.

Answer

IS&T cannot resend quarantine reports, but can release all quarantined contents to a user upon requests emailed to servicedesk@mit.edu. Alternatively, messages can be released from the spam quarantine by following the instructions for releasing a message outlined in the Spam Filtering Landing Page.
