Q: My TA is unable to approve or edit attendance grades within my course site. How do I enable this setting.
Answer
Within the course site:
- Click on the Gradebook link
- Click on the "Settings wheel/link" on the right hand side
- Click the Permissions Tab
Under TAs:
- To enter attendance grades, enable "Approve assignment grades”
- To EDIT previously entered attendance grades, enable "Change approved grades”
- A blue dialog will appear on the right to inform you know the change was made.
Also worth noting is the Help pull down menu within each module that contains a wiki on the current subject/module within.
