Q: Why don't I get email on an RT reply that I create ?
In old RT, when I would reply to an RT email, I would receive the response back from RT. Now I don't. Why not?

In RT 4.0 this behavior is controlled by a personal setting. You can set it as follows:
- Go to Logged in as... in the top horizontal menu bar
- Select Settings > Options
- In the Mail section on the Options screen, change the setting for Should RT send you mail for ticket updates you make? to Yes
- Scroll down and click Save Changes
