Q: Email - 500 Error - Why Am I Unable To Access My MIT Email?
When I check my email I get the following error:

By default, MIT email addresses are on the exchange server found at owa.mit.edu and not https://outlook.office.com/. If you are getting the above error, then your mailbox is on the MIT Exchange server and not on the Office 365 Server. Please try checking owa.mit.edu for your account instead.
