"No appropriate line items found for document number" - JV creation error message

When I try to create a journal voucher, I get an error:

No appropriate line items found for document number

Answer

• Check the document number in Find JVs that is being used to create the journal voucher.
• This error occurs when the document is about ProCards and Swept Charges. If so, then you need to create a General JV and select type of Move a swept charge.
