How Do I Create a Custom 404 Page?

Return to Drupal Cloud Landing Page

Answer:

When a page is not found a custom 404 page will display a message you create. Drupal Cloud custom 404 pages are associated with your Site information.

  1. Create a basic page and add your message. You will need the page name in Step 4.
  2. From the Admin menu, click Configuration, then System, then Site information.
  3. Scroll to Error Pages where you will see two fields.
  4. In the Default 404 (not found) page enter the name of your new 404 page.

You can also follow the same process to add a custom 403 Access Denied page.
