Q: Each time I download a file in Firefox it saves to my Desktop. Is there a way to change the default location to where files will be saved?

Answer

Windows:

In Firefox, go to Tools > Options, then select Downloads. For "Save all files to this folder", change the location by clicking on the Browse button.

MacOS:

In Firefox, go to Firefox > Preferences > General. In the Downloads section, you can change where it saves files to by clicking on the Choose button.
