Q: Sexual Harassment training freezes when quit mid-way

Context

  • Quit the web browser when halfway through the Sexual Harassment training. ( “Building a Supportive Community" as of 5/18/20)
  • Relaunch browser in the MIT Learning Center and then click Continue Course.
  • The course remembers your place, but is frozen so that the clear and submit button don't respond when taking the quiz.

Answer

  • In the MIT Learning Center, cancel the course in the My Training section and start it again. This should allow you to complete the training.
