Reverse a JV is not Available for My JV

I'm trying to Reverse a Journal Voucher or Clone a Journal Voucher and don't see the JV in the search results. What's wrong?

The JV cannot be reversed
JVs in draft status cannot be reversed. If your JV is a darft, there's no need to reverse it; it has only been saved for later completion. The client can use the Edit a JV option to modify the JV before completion, if they'd like.

The JV is an SI document
Only SA and FY documents can be reversed via Atlas, so SI documents will display under Find JVs but will not present the Reverse JV icon. To reverse an SI document, the client should contact journal-vouchers@mit.edu
