Pop-up blocker MUST be turned OFF for web courses in the Learning Center
Option one: allow popups for an individual site
Your web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari, may prompt you to allow pop-ups for the specified website.
Follow the prompts to allow pop-ups only for the specified website.
Alternatively, you can follow the instructions below to allow pop-ups for all websites.
Option two: allow popups for all websites
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox Preferences
Macintosh: Firefox > Preferences
Firefox 3.x on Windows: Tools > Options
Firefox 10.x on Windows: Firefox > Options > Options
Select the Content tab.
Uncheck "Block pop-up windows".
Internet Explorer
Follow the menu path Tools > Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab.
Uncheck "Turn on pop-up blocker".
Safari
Follow the menu path Safari > Preferences
Select the Security tab.
Uncheck "Block pop-up windows".
Chrome
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
In the "Pop-ups" section, select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups." Customize permissions for specific websites by clicking Manage exceptions.

Other method for chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked.
Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups from [site] and then Done
