MITvoip Telephone Missed Calls

When you miss a call, the system records the name (if available) and number of the caller, even if they didn't leave a message. You can retrieve this information and dial back by accessing the Missed Calls List.

The display will show you how many new entries are in your Missed Calls List: "3 new missed calls" (showing the actual number of missed calls). The count resets when you access your Missed Calls List.

Note: On the Polycom 430, 550, and 650 phones, the number of missed calls will rotate with the date on the display.
The missed calls count is aggregate for all lines on your phone, which can be confusing on multiple-line phones. You can disable the Missed Calls List with the Device Management tools (see Account and Device Management).

For further instructions, see Call Lists.
