How many attendees can an MIT WebEx meeting support

Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) is retiring MIT's Webex service. No new MIT accounts will be created after June 7 and the service will be retired on August 30, 2024. For more information, see: MIT's Webex service to be retired

This can change depending on how people are connecting.

WebEx as implemented at MIT can support up to 1000 users per conference, with the following limitations:

• The number of users who can connect via phone is 500
• The maximum number of video endpoints is 25
