Giving students or alumni access to archived Stellar sites

For security reasons, we don't just give people access to old Stellar sites. They should check in with the Instructors, Admins, and/or TAs first and ask for access to the course. Note that this does not give them access to homework submissions materials; we will need to get permission from the professor to unarchive the course.'

If no one is present in the department, these should be handled on a case-by-case basis of giving access. If someone (e.g departmental admin) can be contacted, this is preferable to us giving people access.
