Find 32 Bit Applications on macOS

macOS Catalina and higher do not allow 32 bit applications to run. In order to upgrade you will need to find updated or alternative software to meet your business requirements. To see what software on your Mac might be 32 bit you can perform the following steps:

  • Click the apple icon on the top left of your computer screen and select "About this Mac"
  • Click the "System Report..." button on the screen that pops up.
  • Click Software then Applications. You will see a column for 64-bit (Intel). Sort by this column and look for applications that say "No."

Any applications you find may have a newer version available from the software grid.
