Events Room Catalog FAQs

What do I need to know about the Events Room Catalog?

  • In order to add, remove or update the room catalog, please submit a request via the 'Feedback' button in Atlas. In addition, if you are in the process of registering an event and you do not see the space you need, you may click "can't find your room?" to request a new space to be added to the Events Room Catalog and to be available for selection in events registration. Please include photos of the room to include in the catalog.
  • For CAC room reservations, the application will guide you to the CAC website from the Room Catalog where you can get more information on reserving a CAC room. Planners and hosts can review the website for more information on reserving CAC rooms.
  • For Registrar room reservations, you can access the Registrar Office site from the Room Catalog.
