Q: CertAid error - Not Logged In

Context

When trying to get a certificate on Windows 10, CertAid may give an error "Not Logged In"

Solution

This error has been seen when your Kerberos password is too old and needs to be changed before you can get a certificate.

Try updating your Kerberos password.
