BrioQuery on 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 and newer

Note: The MIT Oracle 11gR2 client is currently in pilot phase. Oracle 11 is needed on Windows 7, as well as for BrioQuery on some 64-bit Windows machines.

Note: BrioQuery users on 64-bit machines should choose the 32-bit Oracle client.
