If the compatibility mode is turned on in Internet Explorer, the setting shuts off many key browser functions that are used for administrative web applications in Atlas have known issues when searching or running reports in compatibility mode.
- Example: Unable to search for a cost object or run a report for Student Groups. Nothing happens when the Search feature or Run Report button is clicked.
Need to turn off the compatibility mode in Internet Explorer for the Atlas applications. Please see instructions on [archive:How to change your setting for Compatibility mode for Internet Explorer].
The one exception to this is the MIT Learning Center, which needs compatibility mode turned on. Consider using Firefox if you are a frequent user of the Learning Center (training).
